I am a dedicated and forward-thinking graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University in 2011, building a strong academic foundation that continues to support my passion for leadership and professional development.

With a background in business operations, financial analysis, and team collaboration, I bring a strategic approach to driving organizational growth and employee development. My experience spans client relationship management, labor relations, and process improvement, all grounded in a commitment to ethical leadership and continuous learning.

Beyond my academic and professional journey, I’ve been happily married for 14 years and am a proud parent of four amazing children. I also own and manage two short-term rental properties, which has strengthened my skills in entrepreneurship, customer service, and property management. I’m passionate about creating positive workplace cultures and aligning people strategies with business goals.
